The Silent Hill franchise is gradually returning in full-fledged video game format. Bloober Team is preparing a remake of the cult SH2
For some time, users could see the age rating of the Silent Hill 2 remake on posters in the GameStop chain of stores. Now there is official confirmation from the ESRB.
On the organization’s website ESRB a page for the remake of Silent Hill 2 appeared, the game was rated M (Mature 17+). There is a lot of blood, human entrails can be seen, there is also mention of a pole dance in a strip club (presumably Heaven’s Night from Born from a Wish), posters of women in skimpy outfits.
Typically, the ESRB issues ratings for games shortly before release, i.e. A remake of Silent Hill 2 may be released “very soon.” The project is announced for PC and the new generation console PlayStation 5.
