On Saturday morning from 9 am to 10 am, the boats floating in the Gauja will chant nature with compositions by the musicians of the trio “Acumirklis”, which can be heard by any listener on the banks of the river, on nature trails from the pier “Daina” to Sigulda beach. Also on this day there will be an opportunity to take part in various individual activities on the terraces of the city’s restaurants and cafes, where the “#AdventureTaste Game” will take place.
There will also be an adventure show in the urban environment, where the hunt for works of art by Līva Pakalne-Fanelli from Sigulda will take place.
In order to comply with the set restrictions, but still maintain the joy of music, the organizers have announced concerts of several musicians in the courtyards of apartment buildings, where the band “Neon Saturdays”, “Golden Rivet”, “Wind Created”, “Tutti Frutti”, musical will perform from 2 pm to 4 pm association “Teodors Kerimovs and Rūdolfs Daņiļevičs”, Daile Theater actors’ musical association “Ilga”, Miks Dukurs, contemporary folk group “Kefir”, as well as Reinis Jaunais and Erna Daugaviete.
In the evening, from 7 pm to 11 pm, with the singing of the Sigulda anthem “Zied ievas in Sigulda”, a radio party on the frequency “Radio Sigulda” will start, which will broadcast from the cultural center “Siguldas devons”. In turn, a multi-art “pop-up” market will take place in the courtyard. It will be an opportunity to meet famous personalities and buy Elita Patmalniece’s new summer dresses, beach scarves, T-shirts and face masks, Aigars Krēsla, a member of the group “Jumprava”, actress Agnese Zeltina’s rings, earrings and bracelets, TV and radio personalities Baiba Embroidery and paintings by Gavare, poetry books and CDs by the poet Guntars Račs, cookbooks by musician and TV presenter Roberto Meloni, where you can find ideas for summer picnic meals, as well as pastels made by singer Katrīna Dimanta, her family’s ukulele and other works.
During the evening, interviews with market participants Olga Rajeckas, Elita Patmalniece, Aija Andrejeva, Agnes Zeltiņš and other artists and Sigulda creative entrepreneurs will be heard at the radio party on frequency 89.9, Brikmane said.
