Sifu was undoubtedly one of the best indie titles of 2022, but due to platform exclusivity agreements, millions of players couldn’t try it out. Fortunately, this will soon change, as Sifu will soon be available on Steam and Xbox consoles.
Sifu was released last year for PlayStation consoles and PC in the Epic Games Store, but towards the end of the year it was also released for Switch. Sloclap has now confirmed that the game will be available on Steam and Xbox starting March 28th.
Currently, PS4, PS5, Epic Games Store and Nintendo Switch are on the list of supported platforms. The debut on new platforms is linked to the new expansion (Arenas), which will be available as a free update on all platforms. The expansion includes 9 new locations and adds 45 additional challenges across 5 game modes. According to the development team, this is about 10 hours of extra gameplay.
