Earlier this week announced developer Sloclap what new content Sifu players can expect for the rest of the year. Next Tuesday, the addition of three difficulty levels is planned: Student, Disciple and Master.
These difficulty levels are highlighted in a new video. Disciple should actually maintain the level of the current game, while Student is a bit easier, but still offers a challenge. This way players have more health and they encounter slightly weaker enemies. Master, on the other hand, is more challenging with aggressive enemies and a vulnerable main character.
The free update will be released on PlayStation and PC on Tuesday. A physical version of Sifu for PlayStation consoles will also be released on that day. In the rest of the year, players can expect even more new content. For example, an advanced scoring system and various gameplay mods should be available in the summer, an editor will be released in the fall with which one can edit replays and a new mode called Arenas will be added in the winter.
Sifu has been available since the beginning of this year on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4 and Epic Games Store.
