Side effects and health dangers

Have you ever heard of diet soda for weight loss? Don’t try it right away, Mom. Understand the side effects and health dangers first.

Meanwhile, one study asked overweight participants to drink 24 ounces (710 mL) of diet soda per day for a year. By the end of the study, the diet soda group had lost an average of 6.21 kg, compared to just 2.5 kg for the plain water group.
