1. Cancel the reporting requirements for people arriving (returning) to Sichuan, and the “immediate inspection upon entry into Sichuan” will no longer be implemented for people arriving (returning) to Sichuan.
2. Implement the “5-day centralized quarantine + 3-day home quarantine” for people from overseas countries (regions). Those who do not have the conditions for home isolation, i.e. those who do not accept the co-isolation of cohabitants, implement centralized isolation.
3. Close contacts who meet the conditions for home isolation are subjected to home isolation for 5 days and a nucleic acid test is carried out on the fifth day. Isolation can only be lifted after a negative certificate has been issued. Those who do not have the conditions for home isolation, i.e. those who do not accept the co-isolation of cohabitants, implement centralized isolation.
4. Strangers entering special places such as nursing homes, nursing homes, recovery wards of medical institutions, children’s institutions, primary and secondary schools, etc., must wear face masks in the standard way, be in possession of a health code green and a certified negative nucleic acid test within 48 hours. In other public places, the requirement to “wear a mask” must be strictly implemented, but health codes, nucleic acid test certificates, communication route cards, travel and residence history in cities a risk will no longer be checked and location codes will no longer be scanned.
