A video of one of the moments of the Shadow Government program last Friday went viral in Brazil.
At stake is the commentators’ reaction to transmission that Jair Bolsonaro made on his Facebook, in a tribute to the victims of Covid-19 in Brazil, in which the Brazilian President asked the leader of the International Tourism Agency to play the song “Ave Maria” in a concertina.
The video with the reactions of João Miguel Tavares, Ricardo Araújo Pereira, Carlos Vaz Marques and Pedro Mexia was initially shared by a Brazilian journalist on Twitter, where he has already exceeded 880 thousand views:
Hours later, the moment came to the Brazilian media, such as the Globe or the State of Minas.
“Bolsonaro’s homage to those killed by Covid-19 with accordion becomes a joke on Portuguese TV” and “Bolsonaro’s live with accordion player becomes a joke on Portuguese TV” were some of the titles chosen by the Brazilian media.
Brazil recorded 1,109 dead and 38,693 infected by the new coronavirus in the last 24 hours, totaling 57,070 deaths and 1,313,667 confirmed cases since the beginning of the pandemic.
