The case is being updated.

Police confirm that SIAN representatives were involved in the detour, which created major traffic problems on the E6 on Saturday afternoon.

Police confirm that one has been arrested after the incident.

– There has been a traffic accident on the E6. One car ended up on the roof, the other car drove off the scene. We now have control over this, says operations manager Tor Grøttum to VG.

– What was the role of the motorist who drove from the scene?

– It’s involved. It is claimed that the car on the roof has been hit on purpose, but it is too early for us to determine. We will return to the course of events when we know more, he says to VG.

– Sian leader Lars Thorsen was sitting in the car that ended up on the roof. How do you rate this?

– For us, this is a normal traffic accident, but we know Sian and Lars Thorsen. It is claimed that there has been a willful collision, but we must get the facts on the table to find out what happened. We can not confirm this yet, says Grøttum.

– We have seen a video where it can look like the car is being pushed off the road. Is that right?

– We have not seen that video. It is alleged that it was run on purpose. We are now investigating this.

Damage to the left side

Police have stopped the other car in a parking lot near the scene of the collision.

They search with a dog on the spot and tow away the car that was involved in the incident.

The car has obvious damage on the left side and in the front.

VG has interviewed one of the people who was in the car. The person in question will not say whether it was a driver or a passenger.

– They crashed our car first and sprayed it. We crashed back afterwards in self-defense. Their car rolled around, the person in question told VG shortly after the incident.

COLLISION: A video shows how SIAN’s jeep is apparently being pushed out of the way.

VG’s photographer on site says that he has seen some red spray on the windshield. According to people on site, the spraying should be before the incident on E6.

The person in the car says that they extinguished a burning version of the Koran after the SIAN members had lit it.

– I extinguished the fire with my hand. No one like others dared. All Muslims stand with me when I put out the fire, the person says.

The person in question says that they will report the SIAN leader after the incidents on E6 and on Mortensrud.

Apparently hit

Lars Thorsen, leader of the organization Stop the Islamization of Norway (SIAN) confirms to VG that he was involved in the accident. He describes that the car he was driving was hit by another car.

A live video VG has seen of the course of events, shows that a car apparently drives into Thorsen’s camouflage-colored jeep.

The jeep then loses control, drives off the road and ends up on the roof.

Earlier in the video, the SIAN leader is seen burning the Koran at a pedestrian crossing at an intersection.

It also develops into an amp mood and a brawl between what are supposed to be SIAN representatives and several people trying to put out the burning Koran.

BURNED THE QUR’AN: People at the place where the car is standing show the burnt Quran.

According to the video, the people driving the car involved in the accident were also at the scene when the Koran was burned.

SIAN-Thorsen tells VG that the incident also happened according to him after what he calls a political marking, where they had burned a Koran.

The organization had made similar markings in three other places in the capital: in front of the Greenland police station, at a mosque in Stovner and at the scene where Thorsen is said to have sprayed three people with defense spray.

Thorsen stayed the day before charged with violence, damage and violation. He is said to have injured three people by spraying defense spray on their face, vandalizing an activity center and sharing a video of the spray attack online.

The SIAN leader denies criminal guilt for this, and claims the spraying took place in self-defense.
