In March 2022, SIA “Admirāļu klubs” successfully resumed work after a long period of downtime, having optimized the gaming hall network in the past year. As a result, the company closed 4 gaming halls last year, ending the year with 20 gaming halls in Riga and major Latvian cities. In the submitted management report, SIA “Admirāļu klubs” stated that its first interactive gambling platform started operating last year.
Before the pandemic in 2019, SIA “Admirālu klubs” had a turnover of 26.59 million. euros, but in the following years its turnover significantly decreased. “Lursoft” Multi report data shows that in 2020 the turnover of SIA “Admirāļu klubs” decreased to 10.64 million. euros, but in 2021 it was only 1.31 million. euro.
In the submitted management report, the company stated that its main goal in 2023 is to improve the results of economic activity, as well as to improve and develop the quality and range of entertainment services. It will continue to invest in raising the qualifications of employees and will improve employees’ understanding and professional skills, knowledge of customer service and responsible industry.
“Lursoft” data shows that SIA “Admirāļu klubs” provided 135 employees with jobs last year. In 2022, the company paid 3.75 million in tax payments to the state budget. EUR, including 0.82 million EUR in mandatory state social insurance contributions and 0.61 million. euro in personal income tax.
The shareholders of SIA “Admirāļu klubs”, registered in 1995, are “Novomatic AG” registered in Austria (60%) and “Foroms” SIA (40%), partially owned by Jānis Zuzāns.
