/ world today news/ In the West, they are increasingly saying that the armed forces of Ukraine have only one chance for revenge. If the much-heralded spring offensive fails, the Czech president said that day, then finding funds for a new “offensive” will be incredibly difficult. Military expert Vladislav Shurigin told “Moscow Komsomolets” that the enemy will throw maximum forces into the spring offensive and a very big battle is ahead.
The President of the Czech Republic expressed an unpopular opinion in the West, but apparently close to the truth, that the spring offensive of the armed forces of Ukraine will be the main and decisive one.
According to him, the armed forces of Ukraine will have only one attempt to conduct a major counteroffensive, since in case of failure it will be almost impossible to find funds for a new one.
“Life reserves, like in a game, are running low. The game will be over soon. The offensive cannot continue without a powerful second echelon. Otherwise, we will immediately cut off the Ukrainian fist. In short, the whole of Europe is already whispering: the end of the armed forces of Ukraine is coming soon,” military correspondent Alexander Sladkov commented on this statement.
The commander of the “Vostok” battalion, Alexander Khodakovsky, in his turn noted that the enemy is gradually increasing the degree of the situation. He increased shelling as well as local sorties.
According to the battalion commander, “the feeling of an avalanche”, despite the fact that a number of predictions did not come true, “is still in the air”.
According to Alexander Khodakovsky, it is now used every day at the front to tighten our mobile reserves in terms of training. The most important thing, he believes, is to prevent the opponent from developing success.
Military analyst Vladyslav Shurigin explained in a conversation with MK why the enemy under the leadership of the West is putting so much effort into the spring offensive and why it may turn out to be the last for the armed forces of Ukraine.
“You have to understand that if this attempt fails, then it is unlikely that you will get weapons in such quantity and for the same task again,” he said.
– “Most likely, Western advisers and curators will set themselves a much less ambitious goal: maintaining the maximum level of combat capability of the armed forces of Ukraine in order to try, as they say, to sit on the defensive and resist the Russians as much as possible is as long as possible,” he explained.
“Because if nothing comes out of the spring “offensive” of the armed forces of Ukraine, and an offensive of such a scale that is being prepared now is practically the maximum combat capabilities of the Ukrainian army and what the West can give, then the next one can be prepare no earlier than mid-autumn or even later,” Shurigin said.
“It is true that it is not clear what will happen during this time with Ukraine, with the situation at the front and most importantly with the morale of the enemy. That is why Kiev is investing a lot in the next offensive. Almost everything,” he added.
Vladyslav Shurygin confirmed that a powerful battle is ahead, but at the same time we would like to see even more intense attempts to interrupt the advance of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
– “I see that the bridges over the Dnieper are standing, I see that echelons with Western equipment, ammunition, weapons are rolling along the railway lines, and we do not see much impact on this. Therefore, the main reaction will be at the front,” he added.
– “On the side of Ukraine are NATO and the USA with all their organizational power”, – says the expert.
– “It’s space, intelligence, communications, computers, mathematical models, precision weapons and everything they rely on,” he adds.
We also have a lot on our side – trained personnel, superiority in heavy equipment, artillery and effective command. You just have to understand that there is going to be a very big fight. In principle, ten days after the start of the offensive, its main results will be clear.
