The fortune of Beelen (48), born in Nunspeet, is estimated by Quote at 155 million euros. His company De Beelen Groep, specialized in demolition and recycling, was renamed Bnext after the sale three years ago. An extract from the land registry shows that Beelen also owns several real estate companies.
Beelen’s penthouse is part of a stately country house on the Larendael estate, which houses another four apartments. For 1.5 million euros, Sylvie’s new flame received an additional garage, and the couple can use the park garden, the swimming pool with terrace and accompanying bathhouse, including a sauna and fitness room. The house has risen rapidly in value in recent years. According to Gooiswonen.nl, the penthouse – ‘the most beautiful in Laren’ – is worth 5.8 million euros.
The land registry data show that Beelen was not married and did not have a registered partnership when he bought the house. According to the weekly magazine Story, Beelen lived there with a certain Ellen. Both names are still listed on the nameplate. When asked how Sylvie met her boyfriend, her German manager does not comment. Story speaks of a moment last month in an Amsterdam restaurant, when Sylvie was in the Netherlands for the contract signing of her son Damián van der Vaart (17) with Ajax.
