Around the sector, the police were watching, fearing overflows following the call for a rally launched on Tuesday by the Confédération Paysanne du Var.

Song, speech and… song
The action was intended to show solidarity with the wounded in Sainte-Soline.
Last weekend, violent clashes took place between law enforcement and protesters, during the anti-water pond demonstrations. Several injuries were reported.
The demonstrators also made the journey to demand an end to police violence or to voice opposition to the pension reform.
Between the flags of the various trade unions, a few placards made on site and on which was written “killer state”.
The demonstrators first sang and made speeches. Then sang again.
Before returning, in peace.
