The former candidate for Miss Ecuador, and ex-girlfriend of the drug trafficker Leandro Norero, Landy Parraga23 years old, has been shot to death at noon this Sunday, April 28while having lunch at a restaurant in Quevedo, Los Ríos province.
Armed individuals arrived at the establishment and shot Párraga, according to the AlDía digital site. Párraga was in Quevedo to attend a wedding, which took place on Saturday night. Moments before being murdered she had shared photos of the food she was enjoying with friends and family on her Instagram account.
The name of Landy Párraga was mentioned in the chats of the Metastasis Case, thanks to which his relationship with Norero became known. According to the chat on July 13, 2022, between Leandro Norero and his lawyer Heveline Cornerhe points out that one of his contacts asked him about Landy Párraga.
