Shot in the chest while walking down the street in Harlem

A subject is shot in the chest while walking through the streets of Harlem.

The attack occurred on Friday, around 10:45 p.m., at 129th Street and Lenox Avenue, in front of the Jacob restaurant.

The 26-year-old victim was walking with another person when the suspect approached, drew his gun and shot him in the torso.

The injured man was transported to Harlem Hospital where he is listed in stable condition.

The police are still on the trail of the gunman.
