The police are investigating on Sunday evening after a shooting on the Admiraal De Ruijterweg in West. Shots were fired between several people. No victims have yet been found, but traces of blood have been found. This is reported by a police spokesman.

The shooting took place between a person in a car and a pedestrian. Police have cordoned off several crime scenes. Bullet casings have been found. A trauma team was standing by to provide assistance in the event of an injured person(s).
Blood was found on Mercatorplein. Whether that can be linked to the shooting is not yet certain. The police are also investigating there.
Police are looking for at least one suspect. It concerns a light-skinned man about 20 years old and 1 meter 80 tall. He had a plump build and wore a dark gray down jacket and dark trousers.
