Shortage of Medicines in Ukrainian Hospitals Puts Strain on Wounded Soldiers: Politico Report

Ukrainian hospitals in the Zaporozhye region are experiencing a shortage of medicines, which is making it difficult for doctors to cope with the large number of wounded Ukrainian Armed Forces soldiers. Politico wrote about this.

The material indicated that hospitals for the military do not have enough medicines. At the same time, the authorities do not supply enough funds, and Western support is gradually declining. “We have a lot of wounded now, and they don’t stop coming. <…> We need more constant support, but our government is working very slowly,” reports edition words of military surgeon Mikhail Danilyuk.

Kyiv suffers heavy losses during the counter-offensive. Also because of this, large influxes of wounded began in Ukrainian hospitals, which is why surgeons more work has arisen than during the entire conflict from the Russian Federation, the Associated Press reported.
