Professionals who decide to open all or part of the aforementioned Sundays must respect the rights of their employees as defined by Articles L.3132-25-3 and L.3132-25-4 of the Labor Code, which ” acts on the compensation that must be granted to them, the weekly rest which must be given on a rotating basis or respect for the principle of voluntary service under which, in particular, the employee who refuses to work on Sundays must not be subject to a discriminatory measure in the execution of his employment contract.
