Stricter regulations from February 1. Many shops can no longer use the “Post Office” privilege

Excluded from the Sunday trading ban were, inter alia, post offices. This “catch” was commonly used by larger networks. The branches entered into contracts with courier companies, thanks to which they could be opened even on non-trading Sundays.

From February 1, this possibility has already been severely limited. Now, in order for the store to be open on Sunday as a post office, it must achieve revenues on this account at the level of 40%. all income. This record for many chains is impossible to achieve, so now large stores cannot open on this day.
