The 31-year-old from Cameroon stole various perfumes and alcohol from duty-free shops on Tuesday afternoon shortly before his departure. The crime property is worth several thousand francs.
The shoplifter was noticed by employees of a shop later on Tuesday afternoon because he behaved suspiciously, as the cantonal police wrote in a message on Wednesday.
After a check, the police officers arrested the man and took him to the responsible public prosecutor’s office. (sda)
