Shooting Outside Popular Harlem Bar Injures 4, Suspect at Large

A shooting broke out in front of a well-known Harlem bar early Sunday morning. A gunman allegedly opened fire and injured 4 people, sending them to a hospital.

Police authorities informed local media that three of the victims were outside the bar, just at closing time, when a suspect stood on the street and opened fire on them. A fourth person, apparently, was caught in the middle of the bullets.

Three of the injured are men, ages 21, 39 and 46, according to the Police. The health condition of the victims is reserved, but they are expected to survive.

The incident occurred around 4:00 in the morning, at the Just Lorraine’s Place 2 bar, located on Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Boulevard.

After firing his gun, the suspect fled the scene. According to witnesses, he was wearing a jacket, dark pants and a red hat.
