A firearm and several high-capacity magazines were found in the Brooklyn subway station, two law enforcement sources told CNN.

Fireworks and gunpowder were also found at the scene, according to two investigators.

The attack injured at least 17, including 10 by gunshot, in this station located at the corner of 36th Street and 4th Avenue.

In a press briefing on Tuesday morning, the New York City Police Department (NYPD) said it had not yet determined the shooter’s motives.

The suspect is still wanted by authorities.
