One man has been arrested and another is in hospital after a shooting in Samokov, the Interior Ministry informed BTA.
Both men have criminal records.
The incident occurred due to unstable financial relationships.
The 34-year-old victim was taken to hospital with non-fatal injuries and the 35-year-old killer was arrested shortly after the incident.
