Police have arrested a 69-year-old man suspected of opening fire on crowds in Paris. Near the Kurdish Cultural Center. Near De Lys station. It resulted in three deaths and three injuries.

Racist?

It is not clear what is the reason for this attack and its purpose. But local media said the suspect was a Frenchman. It was known to police that he had committed two attempted murders and had recently been released from prison.
