MESSAGE FROM THE MAYOR OF NEW YORK
“As of this morning, my team and I have been in constant contact with police, fire, emergency services, other city facilities, as well as state and federal officials. We pray for all New Yorkers injured or affected by the attack,” New York This was stated by the mayor of the city, Eric Adams, in a video message posted on social media.
“At present, we have not found any explosive devices, but the suspect used a smoke device to wreak havoc. We will not allow New York to be terrorized by even one individual,” he added, assuring that the police will “find” the suspect .
“We ask the public to provide all information relevant to the investigation,” he asked.
