A person is said to have started firing at a university in Perm, Russia. Students and teachers must be locked in classrooms, writes Reuters. They quote Russian media.

Russian journalists spread video clips of people jumping out of university windows in panic and running from the area.
A video of the alleged perpetrator has also been posted on social media, where he walks around the campus with a weapon.
According to Russia Today, Perm State University has via social media, asked students and staff to evacuate or lock themselves inside. People on their way to the university are asked to turn around and go home.
