The notice given by the joint registrar of the cooperative says that the complaint was settled on December 6 and that Rs 3,97, 216 should be paid into the bank by the 31st of this month after taking the concession of Rs 515 through Navakerala.
This complainant, who does not wish to be named, must have thought that if he had gone to work that day instead of going to the Navakerala Sadas in Iriti, he would have received more than the concession.
