Shocking Incident: Woman Declared Dead ‘Resurrected’ on the Way to Funeral in Jakarta

Jakarta

Surprised a woman ‘resurrected’ after being declared dead. The incident occurred on the way to his funeral.

Previously, a woman named Chataporn Sriphonia (49) was confirmed dead by the medical team at the hospital, in Udon Thani province, Thailand. By that time, Chataporn’s breath had stopped and he was declared dead.

His mother, Mali, immediately called relatives to give news of Chataporn’s death. According to his family, Chataporn died after battling liver cancer.

“My daughter is being treated for cancer at the hospital. However, the doctors told us that she has little chance of survival,” said Mali, quoted from Daily StarMonday (3/7/2023).

“I wanted him to spend his last moments with his family so I arranged for him to be brought back to our home. We were heartbroken to learn that he had died on the way back home,” she explained.

Following Buddhist tradition, Chataporn was immediately taken for cremation. The family made arrangements for his funeral, purchased a coffin, and coordinated with the temple officials for the ceremony.

Chataporn’s body was taken by van to the Wat Sri Phadung Pattana temple. According to the plan, Chataporn’s body will be kept overnight.

However, the passengers in the van were shocked to see the ‘dead’ Chataporn suddenly wake up and open his eyes.

Even though he was confused, Mali called his family and said that Chataporn was “alive again”. Chataporn was then rushed to Ban Dung Crown Prince Hospital and is currently under medical treatment.
