MP Mr. Rahmo, a member of Parliament, revealed the Husseinieh district in Sharkia Governorate, the details of the video circulating inside Al Husseiniya Central Hospital, showing the death of a number of Corona patients after the oxygen pumping stopped due to the lack of oxygen in the hospital, and the latest developments in the incident.
Rahmo said, in a statement to Al-Masry Al-Youm: “With a clear conscience, the 5 citizens who died as a result of negligence from the Husseinieh hospital, and the mismanagement of the oxygen shortage crisis, and what the hospital director says is incorrect. It is not possible for Azrael to take the lives of 5 citizens from a place once one”.
He added, “My information says that the intensive care doctor informed the hospital director in sufficient time of the possibility of a lack of oxygen, at least by an hour, but despite this the manager’s failure, and the transfer of tubes for a long period of time, led to deaths.”
He continued: “The hospital director informed me that those who died are 4 and not 5 as is often reported, and that oxygen is available and there is no health due to its deficiency, but I am sure that what happened gross negligence will not go unnoticed, and the negligent will be held accountable, whatever it is, and unfortunately, I have no right to rise In any request or follow-up with government agencies except after taking the oath on January 10, and therefore I have no right to exercise my supervisory tools. ”
He concluded: “The denial of the lack of oxygen is a disaster, and it is correct to confront and acknowledge the crisis, not to deny it, so that the tragedy is not repeated.”
