The public criticized Jana, the daughter of the great singer Amr Diab, after she shared with her official account followers on Instagram, pictures from a birthday party, and the “cake” appeared in front of her, with a pornographic drawing of shame.
Jana was celebrating the birthday of one of her friends, and she was photographed in front of the birthday cake, showing a reaction that some interpreted as intended to comment on what was drawn on the “cake”.
The comments came to criticize and attack Jana, her father, and her mother, considering that her actions do not fit her being the daughter of an Arab Muslim artist, and violate customs and traditions.
Among the comments: “I am shocked by freedom, not to this degree. Keep in mind, your father is an Arab Muslim.” “O group, this is the daughter of Amr Diab, not Sheikh Al-Shaarawi,” “I forgot that you are a Muslim,” “By God, it is a shame for the daughter of a famous and well-known artist. “I see that it is correct, and I do not need an eye examination.” “Where was your mind, I mean, and you are so happy with the picture?”, “Shame on you.”
Others wrote, “I didn’t understand the dialogue at first, but now I understand. Don’t forget your origin, that you are a Muslim and an Arab, and respect your religion a little bit. What you do crosses the limits of freedom, not to this degree. Oh my eyes, now you think we are attacking you, and you don’t know why, and I don’t see that you stayed more.” “It’s disgusting.”
It is worth noting that Jana is the daughter of Amr Diab from his wife Zina Ashour, who also gave birth to him Kenzi and Abdullah, and Amr has a daughter named Nour from his first marriage to the artist Sherine Reda.
