The shisha lounge Zenza on the Boschstraat in Breda has to close immediately. Mayor Depla has decided that. The lounge was shelled in the night from Tuesday to Wednesday.
Police said several shots were fired at the property. Someone is said to have got out of a car around half past three in the morning and fired shots at the shisha lounge. The shooter then got back in and drove away.
As a result of that shooting, the municipality has now decided to close the building, ‘in the context of public order and safety.’
It is not known who shot at the shisha lounge. Agents were quickly present on the Boschstraat in the night from Tuesday to Wednesday, but the gunman had already disappeared.
