The pursuit of an ideal image started early with Shirley, when she was only sixteen years old. “I started working at Domino’s to save up to have my lips and breasts plumped,” the reality star said. Shirley tells that she plastic fantasic likes it, but also wants to keep it looking natural. “I’ve actually only had my lips, teeth and breasts done now. I also had botox in my forehead once and had my tear ducts filled. But that was all a long time ago, so that’s already out.”
However, the reality star still wants to have a few things tinkered with. “I’d love to have my eyelids done and I’d like to get my butt and hips done too.”

Shirley’s sister thinks she doesn’t always have a realistic self-image. ‘When I’m whining about my lips that they are small again, my sister says: ‘Well that’s not true. It still looks like you’ve been slapped in the mouth.”
Her father also has a completely different opinion about his daughter’s external changes: ”I think it’s all unnecessary. She was already beautiful, she had beautiful teeth and then she has them buffed for what his then thinks beautiful teeth. (…) I say what I think, but of course I can’t forbid it.”

Next Ex on the Beach: Double Dutch Shirley previously participated in a similar program: Temptation Island VIPS. In 2019 she was in the program with her then boyfriend Damian. The two broke up after the program. After that, she had a short-lived relationship with seducer Daan.
