Concerts of Jānis Šipkēvics’ solo project Shipsea will be held at the Latvian National Theater on February 14-15 next year.

In the concert program “Siltā gaismā”, Jānis Šipkēvics has combined songs which, in his opinion, reflect the wide range of the temperature of love – “from Raini’s ‘Girl with ice eyes’ to a warm glow”. In a new reading, a combination of string quartet, piano and voices will play the most important pages of Shipsea’s works – “Your streets”, “Mežaparks”, as well as songs from the latest album “Apgaismo mani” – ” Tavi vaňli “, “Pie upes”, “Dunka” and “In warm light”. The program also includes the most beautiful melodies created by Imants Kalniņš, Keita Buša and Pīters Gabriels.
Tickets for concerts held in cooperation with the Latvian National Theater are available at the ticket offices of “Bilešu Paradise”.
The video version of the song “Taviem ceļiem” from Jānis Šipkēvits’ three anniversary concerts “Shipsea. Apgaimo mani” held at the end of August this year is also released on Wednesday, December 7th. The complete video recording of the concert can be viewed on TET+.
