Free Shipping to a Megapaca store
Shipping will be made to a store Megapaca from Guatemala with a delivery time of between 4 to 8 business days from when the purchase was made.
To collect the order, the customer must present their DPI and the card with which they made the purchase.
Home Delivery “Q25”
Shipping will be made in 1 to 2 business days to a departmental capital or nearby municipalities and 3 to 5 business days to towns and villages in the department. It has a cost of Q25 which are canceled upon payment.
If the recipient lives in “high-risk areas” or in an “inaccessible” location, Megapaca can place your order in the store closest to your home. “High risk” or “inaccessible areas” are at the discretion of Megapaca.
If the delivery could not be made because the recipient was not found, it will be scheduled for a second attempt. If it is not found, it will be sent to Megapaca’s central warehouses.
Important: A duly identified person must be responsible for receiving the order and must have the card with which the purchase was made. Without this requirement the package will not be delivered.
Process times
These times will be taken into account if the order was placed from Monday to Friday during business hours. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed for shipping on Monday.
