Shin Tae-yong reveals the condition of his squad ahead of the Indonesia vs Qatar national team

KOMPAS.com – Shin Tae-yong reveal current conditions Indonesian U19 national team ahead of the fight against Qatar tonight.

Indonesian U19 national team will serve the strength of Qatar in a test match in Croatia.

Duel Indonesia vs Qatar national team U19 will be held at the SRC Mladost Stadium, Cakovec, Croatia, at 20.45 WIB.

This is Garuda Muda’s fourth match during the training camp (TC) in Croatia.

Previously, David Mulana et al had three competed in the International U19 Friendly Tournament 2020 competition format.

In the mini tournament, the Indonesian national team failed to win. They swallowed three defeats and one draw.

The Indonesian U19 national team lost to Bulgaria (0-3) and Croatia (1-7). While the draw was obtained in the match against Saudi Arabia (3-3).

After completing the International U19 Friendly Tournament 2020, Garuda Muda was given time off by the coach team.

However, on Monday (14/9/2020), the Indonesian U19 national team returned to normal training three times a day.

The Indonesian U19 national team continues to ramp up training until the match against Qatar tonight, under the direction of Shin Tae-yong.

According to Shin Tae-yong, the Indonesian U19 national team has shown the progress of every training undertaken before the duel against Qatar.

“Currently, the team’s condition continues to improve and shows positive developments,” said Shin Tae-yong, as quoted from the PSSI website.

The Indonesian U19 national team did not only once against Qatar in Croatia.

They returned to serve the Qatari forces three days later, or Sunday (20/09/2020).

“We will play Qatar twice, they are a strong and good team. This is a useful match for us,” added Shin Tae-yong.

After having tested Qatar twice, the Indonesian U19 national team is scheduled to face Bosnia-Herzegovina (25 September) and Croatian club Dinamo Zagreb three days later.

All trial matches during TC in Croatia are part of the preparation for the Indonesian U19 national team towards the U19 Asian Cup which will be held at the beginning of the year, as well as the 2021 U20 World Cup.
