Luck Indonesian National team from AFF U-19 Cup 2022 can be determined in a duel Vietnam vs Thailand. Trainer Shin Tae-yong don’t worry about that.
Indonesia won full points in the fourth matchday of Group A . Facing the Philippines at the Patriot Candrabhaga Stadium, Bekasi, Friday (8/7/2022) evening WIB, Garuda Nusantara won 5-1.

Indonesia also rose to third position in Group A standings with 8 points. They are two points behind Vietnam and Thailand and are not yet safe to reach the semifinals.
Because Indonesia must win to qualify for the semifinals in the last match of the group phase against Myanmar, Sunday (10/7) night WIB. At the same time, Thailand and Vietnam fought life and death at the Madya Stadium, Jakarta.
The winner of the duel will certainly advance to the semifinals with the status of Group A champion. If the duel ends in a draw and Indonesia beats Myanmar, then The Golden Star will qualify as runner-up under the more productive Garuda Nusantara.
Shin is reluctant to speculate about the outcome of the Vietnam vs Thailand duel/ According to him, all teams that still have the chance to qualify will show the best performance.
“Honestly, I can’t predict the match, maybe both teams will work hard. We’ll see the results later,” Shin said in a media conference session after the Philippines vs Indonesia match.
The South Korean coach was more focused on preparing Indonesia to face Myanmar. Rotation of players against the Philippines is apparently one strategy to maintain player fitness.
“The rotation this time anticipates the physical for the next match. Almost all the starters are replaced. I am grateful because all the players who appear are working hard,” said Shin Tae-yong.
