Namely, the issue that will serve as an introduction to these two distinct projects, designed to allow Steve Rogers et Sam Wilson to take on the role of two Captain America. One operating in the United States, the other internationally, to avoid annoying the reactionary public while continuing to offer a Falcon with the star shield, in accordance with the plans of Marvel Studios and the direction given to the character from the run from Rick Remender.

In accordance with the intention of the project, Captain America #0 combines the screenwriters planned for the two series that will follow: Collin Kelly et Jackson Lanzing (Sentinel of Liberty) et Tochi Onyebuchi (Symbol of Truth) with the artist Mattia de Iulis at drawings. On the scenario side, we start with a motive plot that is not necessarily more developed than the obvious proposal: Arnim Zola attaque New York City, Steve et Sam manage to defeat him by joining forces, and deduce that it would be foolish to limit the functions of Captain America to a single individual given their common history. They will then agree on the new distribution of tasks, and badaboum, chocapics and company.
