How to block ‘smooth’ Instagram users
- First, find the user’s Instagram Stories upload that you want to upload.mute.
- Uploads can be searched via timeline Stories or open the desired user profile.
- Open your Instagram Stories upload
- Click the three dots to the right of the post.
- There is an option “mute stories” or “mute posts (feed) and stories”
- If you want to hide Instagram Stories, select “Mute Stories”.
- However, if you want to simultaneously hide Instagram Stories and posts feed, select “Mute Post (feed) and stories”.
If you change your mind and want to see uploads from that user again, you can go to the user’s profile page and select the “unmute story” option to show the upload again.
