Sherina’s Adventure 2: The Long-Awaited Sequel with Sherina Munaf and Derby Romeo

Initially Mira Lesmana as producer and Riri Riza planned to remake the film in a new version. However, thanks to advice from Sherina Munaf, they finally postponed the project and made it a sequel.

Even though it continues the previous film, not all the players in the first film took part in the production of this second film. Considering that this is a sequel after 23 years, there are definitely many differences in the storyline and concepts in Sherina’s Adventure Film 2.

In Sherina’s Adventure 1, it tells the story of Sherina and Sadam when they were little. Both of them are elementary school students at a school in Bandung.

Meanwhile, in Sherina’s Adventure 2, Sherina and Sadam have grown into adults. Sherina works as a journalist, while Sadam is a program director at an orangutan conservation organization in Kalimantan.

In Sherina’s Adventure 1, Sherina feels sad because her father has to move to Bandung to work. This also caused him and his family to move from Jakarta to Bandung.

Sherina was very sad and disappointed when she had to say goodbye to her friends. Meanwhile in Sherina’s Adventure 2, Sherina felt disappointed because she was not assigned to lead the city of Davos in Switzerland.

Her boss at the office unilaterally changed Sherina’s reporting destination to Central Kalimantan. He was assigned to cover the release of orangutans in the jungle there.

The adventure films Sherina 1 and Adventure Sherina 2 are equally interesting and captivating in the hearts of Indonesian audiences. A journey that will always be remembered and will leave an impression on your heart.
