Tasks
That’s what you’re dealing with with us
- Administration and support of the system and application landscape, including:
- Microsoft Dynamics 2017 and Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment including interfaces
- Windows server / client environment, including virtualization on Microsoft Hyper-V
- IT infrastructure (LAN, WAN, firewall, monitoring, backup, TK) & office applications
These are your tasks
- Management and optimization of our existing infrastructure and cloud systems
- Integration and management of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Business Central
- Support and maintenance of our BI servers
- Conception and support of IT projects and processes
- Collaboration with (external) development teams
- Support and advice for the SHERA teams on IT issues
qualification

- Completed training as an IT specialist or comparable studies/qualifications
- Very good knowledge of hardware and software administration
- Analytical thinking
