Sheinbaum analyzes infrastructure projects in the northwest region of the country

Mexico City. Virtually elected president Claudia Sheinbaum is meeting this Monday with the governors of the northwestern region of the country, with whom she will analyze various infrastructure projects for that region.

The governor of Chihuahua, PAN member María Eugenia Campos, as well as the governor of Baja California, Marina del Pilar Ávila; of Baja California Sur, Víctor Manuel Castro; of Nayarit, Miguel Ángel Navarro; of Sinaloa, Rubén Rocha Moya; and of Sonora, Alfonso Durazo Montaño, all of them from Morena, are attending the hotel where the meeting is taking place in Mexico City.

The governor of Chihuahua explained that she will propose infrastructure projects for her states. In the case of Chihuahua, she highlighted the Guaymas-Chihuahua highway.

Regarding the relationship with the federal government, she pointed out that “there is no change in attitude, I have great respect for the presidential office” and asserted that she has never made any bad comments against President Andrés Manuel López Obrador or Claudia Sheinbaum. “Today we are in a time of conciliation,” the PAN member stressed.

The next president is joined by part of her team, who will form the next presidential cabinet. Among them, Ariadna Montiel, who will remain in the Ministry of Welfare and Zoé Robledo, who will also repeat as head of the IMSS, as well as Lázaro Cárdenas Batel, the next head of the Office of the President.
