Under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah, and under the slogan “Sultan of Goodness… 52 years of giving and achievements,” Sheikh Saeed bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Deputy Head of the Office of His Highness the Ruler in Khor Fakkan, crowned cyclist Mario Aparicho champion of the fourth stage of the edition.
