Sheikh Ali Jaber had a stabbing incident during a talk in Bandar Lampung.
REPUBLIKA.CO.ID,BANDAR LAMPUNG – Preacher Syekh Ali Jaber experienced a stabbing incident while giving a lecture in Bandar Lampung, Sunday (13/9). Through his YouTube account, Syekh Ali Jaber, the cleric who was born in Saudi Arabia gave an explanation about the stabbing incident.
“Alhamdulillah, innalillahi. Subhanallah new experience for just the usual 12 years in Indonesia invites the community to enjoy faith, maintain unity, maintain togetherness, peace. It turns out that my fate in Bandar Lampung when the event of Allah SWT is destined to have people come and Allah save (me) from murder, “said Sheikh Ali Jaber.
When delivering his clarification, Sheikh Ali Jaber was seen in a hospital room. He was wearing a white T-shirt and on his right hand his shirt was covered in blood.
“I can save it because Allah ordained me to raise my hands to the front of the neck and chest. And the stab is hard enough, strong and deep enough. Until half the knife goes deep enough,” said Sheikh Ali Jaber.
In fact, it was so hard, the knife broke. And, Sheikh Ali Jaber himself removed the broken knife from his body.
“Until the knife broke. I took the knife off myself, which was broken inside. I took it out,” said Sheikh Ali Jaber.
Sheikh Ali Jaber said this was a lesson for him. And, he hopes that Indonesia will always be peaceful.
“Alhamdulillah, Alhamdulillah Innalillahi wa inna ilaihi rojiun. This is a lesson for me. I hope Indonesia still maintains security and we are united in fighting for the Qur’an in our beloved country, “said Sheikh Ali Jaber.
