Laura Polence is a singer, composer and pianist from Latvia. He has been involved in music since the age of six, after graduating from the conducting class of the Riga Dome Choir School in 2007, Laura moved to the Netherlands to study jazz vocals and composition at the Amsterdam School of Art. Currently, Laura still lives in Amsterdam and is active in several musical and theatrical projects. Since 2018, Laura has been composing songs for children, but in 2020 and 2021 she received the “Golden Microphone” in the category “Best Music Album of the Year for Children”.
