Małgorzata Herde entered show business as a young, then 19-year-old girl. Before she made her debut as an assistant Edyta Górniak, represented early by Dariusz Krupa, was a beauty salon manager. Supposedly, in the boutique, next to cosmetic services, one could receive support from … fairies. It was for them that Edyta Górniak was supposed to come. Diva met Herde in the salon and offered her work by her side.
Herde knows her stuff. She was 19 when she became an assistant to Edyta Górniak. Previously, she ran a beauty salon. A year and a half with a diva was like accelerated studies in show business, because it is no secret that Górniak places great demands and, to put it mildly, is in a mood, “Glamor” said then.
The ladies only cooperated for less than two years. Their relationship, to put it mildly, did not look friendly at the time.
I don’t like talking about former clients. It was a difficult time for Edyta, she became a mother – said Herde in an interview with “Glamor”.

After Małgorzata Herde stopped working for Edyta Górniak, she found new clients. In 2010, she started representing Edyta Herbuś, who was at the peak of her fame thanks to her performances in “Dancing with the Stars”. When Herbuś cooperated with Herde, she was a frequent visitor of salons. She appeared with the manager at many events.
You may have talent, even sing wonderfully, but you don’t necessarily need to know how to dress for the evening gala or what to say in interviews. There is an agent to guide you. Only that in Poland there are still few who have this type of care – Herde said in an interview with “Glamor”.

Małgorzata Herde also represented Aleksandrê Kwa¶niewsk ±. In 2012, she had to face a huge challenge, which was the wedding of the president’s daughter, known as the wedding of the year.
Honestly, this event has surpassed us. No message about this event came out of either me or the bride and groom. For us, this situation was a private circumstance, the media unleashed a storm, which on the one hand we understand, because Ola is the only daughter (…) People from all over Poland called me asking if they could come to the wedding, if they could be near the church . They said that they would organize a trip to Warsaw and would like to come with their whole families – said Herde in an interview with the Plejada service.

Małgorzata Herde has also collaborated with other stars: Paulina Krupińska, Sabrina Pilewicz, Kamila Szczawińska and Karolina Malinowska. She was also the general director of Miss Polonia. Big money?
Even though Herde has collaborated with a lot of celebrities, she claimed that she wasn’t making much money at all. In an interview in “Glamor” she told a bit about her finances.
He laughs when they count up how much I could earn as Edyta Herbuś’s agent. Its commission is 10-20 percent of the contract – reported “Glamor”.
When, at a meeting with people from the film industry, I said that I had five pupils, I heard: “You have to earn a lot”. I laughed. Poland is not America. My job is not very profitable today, she claimed in the same interview.

At the end of 2013, Edyta Herbuś published a statement in which she admitted that she was resigning from cooperation with Herde.

There would be nothing extraordinary about it, if not for the fact that many other stars also began to cut themselves off from Herde. Other stars began to move away from the manager en masse. incl. Karolina Malinowska, Aleksandra Kwasniewska. The Miss Polonia Bureau also resigned from the services of Herde. In the end, Paulina Krupińska also parted ways with the agent.
Since I haven’t been cooperating with Ms Herde, clients have been calling me themselves and now I have more orders – Paulina Krupińska admitted in an interview with “Show” in 2014.

A big scandal
But what actually happened that the stars chose not to collaborate with Herde so much? Neither of them gave details. Unofficially, it was said that it was about financial fraud.
I have already dealt with judgmental situations with my business clients. But this situation exceeded my wildest expectations. There is no evidence of what is written in the media, none of the girls has spoken out on this matter and will not comment. I can say this much, I will not leave it like this – Herde warned in an interview with the “Show” magazine.
In the end, Karolina Malinowska talked about the case a bit more.
We worked for about 11 weeks so it wasn’t a long time. I am not one hundred percent trusting, because when you work on your own account from the age of 14, you want it or not, this caution and sniffing just come. It hit me like that, it was just that moment. I saw on my account that there is an overdue and that’s it. This arrears have been settled. These are the things that I would not like to talk about. Małgorzata met me, told me what the situation was, I presented the situation to her and we reached a consensus – said Malinowska in the “Social Magiel”.
It was also said that Herbuś brought a case to court against the former manager.
I leave the fight for money to my lawyers. I am an artist and I do not want to waste my creative energy – she told the “Show” magazine in 2014.
The actress only in 2017 shed more light on the matter.
My agent at the time seemed to be my friend. I started this cooperation when it seemed to me that I would not be able to do it on my own. It’s hard to believe how easily a former beauty salon worker managed to manipulate strong, influential women so much that neither of them wanted to comment on the matter later. (…) Even when I completely disagreed with her ideas, I assumed that she knew what she was doing, and when I decided to cooperate, I should consistently listen. I trusted her and she deceived me. I should have listened to myself first of all – revealed the star in “Vivie!”.
Big comeback?
In early 2018, Herde remembered herself ¶wiatu. She started to deal with PR and creating strategies for the Admodum company. On the official website of the company, next to her photo was written “Margaret Herde”. In the biography you could read about her successes – about cooperation with Bugatti, Kenzo and Louis Vuitton. She was hailed as “the luxury specialist”. Of course, the conflict with the stars was not mentioned.

In 2020, Plejada reported that Herde works at the College of Fine Arts in London. In Polish show business, it has not been heard of.
