An incident took place a few days ago on an American Airlines flight from Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport to Charlotte.
Indeed, “the flight was the scene of a security problem after a passenger tried to open the front door of the aircraft and then attacked, bitten and injured an air hostess”, explains a official communication from the American company.
On a video broadcast on TikTok, we can see the passenger in question being… strapped to her seat, with duct tape. She even has some… on her mouth.

The incident unsurprisingly caused panic among the passengers, even though everything turned out well in the end. The passenger is said to be suffering from mental problems. She was stopped by the police once the plane was on the ground.
