The Príncipe Pío Theater in Madrid will host the “She Sounds” conference series on feminism in the music industry. The event, which will be held from 5 to 7 septemberwill have participants as mediatic as Lola Indigo and Maria Becerra.
In this second edition, the cycle will include five talks that can be enjoyed either in person, after reserving the invitation on the web, or live through its official YouTube channel.
The woman in the charts
Under the title “Latin music: 10 years in constant evolution”, the journalist Leila Cobowho is also a writer and executive director of Latin content and programming for Billboardwill open the talks on the 5th at 1:00 p.m. with a master class with data on the current panorama and the role of women in the world charts.
That same day, at 5:00 p.m., the artists María Becerra, Lola Indigo, Elena Rose and Caro they will share their “success stories” and the challenges they have overcome on their journey.
On September 6, at 12 noon, the transversality of music in creative industries such as cinema, advertising, videogames or the publishing world among others with professionals from these fields, while at 6:30 p.m. the challenges presented by artificial intelligence will be discussed.
On the closing day, on September 7, at 10:30 a.m., leading women in the music industry such as Rosa Lagarrigue, head of the management company RLM, “They will share their experiences in a world historically dominated by men, in order to empower and motivate future generations.”

“Making women visible in the industry”
The cycle “She Sounds” born to make visible and support women in the music industry. “We are a space for union, collaboration and celebration of the talent of all the women who are part of it”.
