“She rode the car with her consent”.. Surprises in the attack on a woman in Ain Shams – Masrawy – Masrawy

The security services in Cairo revealed the truth about a woman’s claim that she was beaten, dragged, and kidnapped by 3 people as soon as she left a store in Ain Shams.

Upon examination, it was revealed that the truth of the incident was that the complainant was harmed by 3 people, two of whom had criminal information. He assaulted her by insulting and beating her and causing her a bruise under her eye.

Upon completion of the examination, she decided that while she was in the store, one of the three confronted her, and a verbal altercation occurred between them, which developed into a quarrel, and he assaulted and beat her, causing the aforementioned injury.

The other two defendants happened to be passing by in a microbus, so she called for help from one of them because he was her neighbor and got into the car, but the first defendant jumped into the microbus and assaulted her, so she called the people for help and they sent them away.

Upon questioning, the complainant’s brother denied that she had been subjected to a kidnapping or dragging incident. The police arrested the three accused, and one of them confessed to having committed the incident of assaulting the complainant, beating her and causing her injury, and she took the car of her own free will, denying the incident of kidnapping and dragging her.

The warden of the Ain Shams Department of the Cairo Security Directorate took legal measures, and the Public Prosecution took over the investigation.
