Books – Ahmed Abu Naga:
The Abdeen Family Court decided to suspend a legal officer from work, withdraw his marriage and divorce records and refer his assistant to the prosecutor.
This was as part of the Ministry of Justice’s follow-up to what was posted on social media, on news belonging to the ministry, showing that there are some publications for a page called “the legal representative”, and a person called Sheikh Yasser Sul blog Al-Qurashi, who has written some publications and published photos of him documenting marriage contracts stating that his work is authorized, and calls on citizens to get married before the new family law is enacted so that they do not pay 30,000 pounds to finance.
The Justice Ministry said in a statement that the examination found that he does not practice the profession of legal officer, and that he performs the work of a document officer without the support of law and regulation, and that he carries out the work of the official on the documents relating to the official Muhammad Muhammad Darwish Mustafa, “a legal official in the district of Al-Fawala – south of Cairo.” With the help of the latter to him by providing him with marriage papers and papers, and authorizing him to do so in violation of the authorized list.
And by drawing up a report of the incident and referring it to the prosecutor’s office to take over the investigation due to what he has published on social media of false messages bearing malicious rumors.
As for the official, Muhammad Muhammad Darwish Mustafa, presented what had been attributed to him to the Abdeen family court, which ordered his suspension from work and the withdrawal of the marriage and divorce books.
