She ordered the most expensive iPhone, and got soap in her package instead

Thirty-two-year-old Londoner Khaoula Lafhaily bought a new iPhone 13 Pro Max from operator Sky Mobile for 1,500 British pounds (about 43,000 crowns) along with a three-year contract. Plus, she paid extra for fast delivery. However, when she unwrapped the package from the operator three days later at home, it was not the premium phone she had ordered, but a liquid soap worth a few crowns.

She also took her complaint directly to the Sky Mobile operator, who promised to investigate the matter as soon as possible, but after more than a week the woman had no further information. In any event, all indications are that this is a case of a deliberately switched parcel. The woman is now in possession of what is probably one of the most expensive liquid soaps in the world.
