The 43-year-old star dating On the trail of the truth shared a photo to Instagram on Saturday wearing nothing but black briefs. She drinks her morning coffee and her long blond hair covers her breasts. She captioned the photo: “[Die Sonne] seems.”

The mother-of-three received a heart-eye emoji from Paris Hilton and a heart from Michelle Pfeiffer in the comments, along with various other enthusiastic messages from her followers. One fan wrote: “If I looked like this I would literally go anywhere and wear this and only this.”

Someone less than thrilled with the look was Hudson’s brother Oliver, who is her podcast co-host Sibling Revelry (in German about “sibling love”) is. He joked, “Nope, really not.”

In an interview with Yahoo Life in November 2021, Hudson spoke openly about what self-care means to her: Oftentimes, it simply means taking a few quiet moments for yourself.

“We women need to focus on ourselves,” she shared. “Self-care can be just sitting alone against the wall for three minutes. Women in particular – and I can only speak for women because I am a woman – have so much to contend with. We not only take care of the practical side of things, but also the emotional side. That doesn’t mean that there aren’t men who do it too, but we women are shaped by it. We have emotional needs to be met and often have careers and are the main breadwinners. We have to be everything for everyone.”

The star out Almost Famous – Almost famous noted that she often has to “listen within” to find out what she needs, and it’s “different every time.”

“I try to listen to myself because I think every woman knows that feeling of having enough and being at the end of her tether,” she continued. “When the moment arrives, it’s usually because we’re not doing anything for ourselves. This happened to me last night, I went out to eat with friends. I had a crying toddler who said “Mom stay here” and that was awful and difficult but I had to do it. And you know what? It filled my soul. You just have to be aware of what you need at that moment.”
